Silent Auction Lots

How to place a bid

Silent Auction Lots will not be included in the Live Auction.

Bids can be accepted in the following ways: 

1. By Email: email ashwellmuseumauction@gmail.com with your name/phone number/Silent Auction Lot number and brief description/your bid.

2. At the Auction Preview on 14th June at the Parish Rooms (7 - 9pm): enter your bid on the sheets provided.

3. At the Live Auction on 15th June at St Mary's Church (from 6pm until the interval): enter your bid on the sheets provided.

Successful bids will be announced at the end of the Live Auction​.

Payment

Payment should be made on the night of the live auction by cash, credit/debit card or cheque.  The item must be taken with you on payment if it is appropriate to do so.

If you are unable to make the Live Auction payment must be made within 7 days by cash or cheque only and we will be contacting you after the Auction. Unsuccessful bidders will not be contacted.
